Paul Nii Amu Andrew Darko, is a Contemporary multilingual Ghanaian singer/songwriter. He is known for blending genres & interweaving them with multiple Ghanaian languages, with Ga being his forte alongside Afrotrap & Afrobeats, a trademark that runs through his catalogue. Darkovibes met Ghanaian producer, Vacs, who helped him narrow his musical path, producing his break out single “Mercy” in early 2016, that same year he wrote and performed for MTN’s Pulse Campaign. Darko would go on to spend his early days at Villain Sounds studios, where he’d work with Ghanaian producer Kuvie on “Tomorrow” (2017), a record that set the tone for him as one of the country’s rising stars.

He is also met members of Ghana’s electric collective, La Meme Gang, who are known for their unique approach towards experimental music. They released two Albums with lots of Fan Favorite records, earning themselves multiple nominations for Ghana’s most prestigious Awards show. Darkovibes is a creative as a whole, manoeuvring his way through the music and fashion scene. In 2017, he was featured in Vogue Magazine’s Urban fashion project, showcasing his 80’s inspired style, with rare elements that aligns with his music.
